Mr. Hoffoss has extensive experience in trucking litigation, insurance bad faith and other civil litigation.
Mr. Newman and Mr. Hoffoss were recently joined by Claude Devall. Mr. Devall brings a unique perspective to our maritime law practice, as a third generation member of a family-owned towing company working barges on the Intracoastal Waterway. Growing up in Cameron Parish and working on tugboats as a youth and through college, he understands the dangers of maritime jobs and the workings of the industry.
